二手车贷款有望重出江湖

| 昨日，商务部等八部委联合下发了《关于促进汽车消费的意见》（以下简称《意见》），将鼓励金融机构开展新车和二手车消费信贷业务，不断扩大汽车信贷消费。银行人士认为，根据该文件，曾经被叫停的银行“二手车贷”有望重新推出。
银行人士认为，银行肯定会提高门槛。新车的首付比例为两成，而二手车贷的首付款必须达到50%。同时，二手车贷对抵押物的要求也很高，必须是房产。在贷款年限上，现在二手车贷的年限可能会缩短至3年。 |
