二手车行业09年5月份行情分析

5月份，上海二手 车交易水平趋于平稳，当月交易量接近2万台，比上月减少13.73%，同比略有增长。近期出现的新车车源紧张导致了二手 车价格的坚挺。数据统计，目前二手车平均价格同比高出近一万元，其中中端车型价格最为坚挺。随着5月下旬新车供应量开始逐步回升，二手 车市场的收车难问题也暂时得到一定缓解。
北京二手车市进入5月以后，随着二手车成交量增长过快带来的“收车难;现象在本月显得更为严重。1.6升排量以下车型目前的市场份额接近70%，但已开始下降；1.8升-2.5升中级车型库存紧缺严重，市场份额也开始逐渐减少；进口大排量车2.8升及以上车型交易水平相对则平稳一些。供需失衡的状况使得北京二手车市在淡季车价出现不降反涨。51汽车网不完全统计，本月北京二手车成交量环比下跌7%，为2.4万台。
